Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and achieving our sales targets.
Requirements:
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and other outreach strategies.
- Conduct in-depth meetings and presentations with prospective clients to understand their needs and articulate the value proposition of our services.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experienced with freelancer and Upwork like platform to place project bids
- Experienced to bring in clients directly using LinkedIn or any other medium available.
- Experienced with Information technologies is must and must have experience in the software domain.
- Excellent communication skills and promptly responsive to any client messages and leads
- 3+ years of experience as Business developer with track record of experience.
- Ability to generate leads and land projects in competition environment.
