Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with the role, including but not limited to: generating leads, meeting with clients, conducting product demonstrations, creating and implementing sales strategies, providing customer service, and providing training to staff. This role is located in Kolkata.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service experience
- Sales experience, including lead generation and sales management
- Experience in providing training to staff and clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
- Experience in the machinery industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
