We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual who can help us manage the human resource function for the entire east zone for Axis Mutual Fund. What you will Do? · Act as a strategic HR Business partner for all employees in the Region (~200 employees) · Ensure effective staffing is done within defined timelines and budgets · Ensure effective stakeholder management and advisory to business stakeholders · Drive the DEI agenda for the zone · Drive operational excellence through improvements in critical people processes and identify opportunities to create employee delight · Driving both strategic and operationally focused initiatives and service to deliver in line with the business goals · Meeting Process timelines, maintaining mandate on differentiation and efficient grievance handling What makes you a Great Fit? · Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream · 4+ Years of experience in either HR or Sales/Business Development · Effective communication (both verbal & written) and inter-personal skills · Ability to influence stakeholders · Self-driven and high on energy · Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment · Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goalsJob tags
