Job description
The SMO Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing social media marketing strategies across various platforms
They aim to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the website, and generate leads or sales through social media channels
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to achieve specific business objectives and goals
Content Creation: Create high-quality and engaging content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats, to share on social media platforms
Platform Management: Manage and maintain the organization's presence on key social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc
Audience Engagement: Interact with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
Foster community engagement and build relationships with followers
Social Media Advertising: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to reach a wider audience and achieve marketing objectives
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others
Generate reports and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven improvements
SEO Integration: Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure that social media efforts are aligned with search engine optimization strategies
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies
Recommend and implement innovative strategies as needed
Competitor Analysis: Conduct research on competitors' social media activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement
Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team, content creators, and designers to ensure a consistent brand image and message across all social media channels
