Job Responsibilities
Create a work environment that is high in employee morale and provides constant learning & development and use the feedback from ESS to draw an action plan.
Co-ordinates with HR Team on the HR processes as laid down by the Corporate and the Unit.
Develop systems and procedures that achieve higher cost efficiency and employee satisfaction. . Recruitment and Performance Appraisal/ Management of the staff in the Unit.
D evelop & Implement the annual plan using the TBEM framework, linking the department's objectives to the unit's overall strategy.
Monitoring in-house training.
Implement and sustain Tata Code of Conduct and value systems.
Knowledge on Payroll & Statutory
