Job description
Role: Supervisor / Manager (Preferred Females), Dog Trainer
Experience: Supervisor / Manager: 0-1 year, Dog Trainer: 2-3 years
Working days: 6days
Week off: 1 day (Rotational)
Salary: Supervisor / Manager / Dog trainer: 20-25k Per month + incentives + allowances
Work location: Happy Dogs Boarding & Training School, Gachibowli Kannapur, Hyderabad, Telangana
Shift timing: 9AM – 06PM
Role & Responsibilities:
Supervisor / Manager
• This position will be responsible for the supervision of staff,
• Handling customer queries, timely updates to the customers,
• Control daycare dogs and ensure the dogs kept in their kennels and facility is cared for properly.
• Coordinating and overseeing operations for kennels
• Creating work schedules
• Developing and enforcing kennel policies and procedures
• Scheduling boarding appointments as per the company policies and maintaining required data of the pets.
• Ensuring cages, runs, and the overall facility is cleaned on a regular basis
• Ensuring the animals are groomed, fed, exercised, and generally cared for
• Monitoring the behavior of boarded animals
• Contacting Customers regarding appointments, verify bookings, and inquire into overdue payments.
Dog Trainer
• Teaching dogs to obey basic commands using various training techniques that are best suited to each dog's personality and attributes.
• Implementing appropriate training programs to address and resolve problem areas, including aggression, separation anxiety, hyperactivity, and biting.
• Teaching clients appropriate training methods to enforce and maintain behaviors and skills learned by their dogs during training sessions.
