Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Retention Marketing to join our company. You will be responsible for developing and executing retention strategies aimed at increasing customer lifetime value, reducing churn, and fostering long-term relationships with our consumer base. This role requires a data-driven approach, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities Area:

Develop and manage retention marketing channels to drive revenue growth through various channels such as WhatsApp, email, push notifications, referral programs, and affiliates. Create and execute strategies for the entire retention marketing funnel, presenting these strategies to executives. Plan and execute event-specific campaigns to enhance customer retention. Manage the CM3 target for the retention unit. Optimize ABC campaigns for maximum effectiveness. Analyze the customer experience and decision-making process at each stage of the customer journey. Support the delivery of integrated marketing communications activities using both physical and digital tools. Analyze competitive, customer, and industry trends to develop innovative approaches for market launches. Define strategies and manage the communications charter through CRM channels to drive user journeys across different life cycles. Manage the end-to-end user lifecycle through various engagement and retention strategies to reduce funnel drop-offs. Establish and implement best practices for cohort creation, database marketing, measurement, evaluation, data capture, maintenance, and customer/prospect list selection KPIs LTV Repeat Rate Frequency of Purchase ROAS CRC CM2, CM3 of retention (through digital channels) AOV of repeat orders

Key Skills / Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in retention marketing. Proficiency in tools like Contlo, Webengage, and Klaviyo. Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer psychology. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an eye for design and creatives. Data-driven approach with a knack for experimentation and knowledge of experiment setups (test/control, A/Bs).
