Job description
Business analyst will be working from Chennai or Gurgaon office compulsory in US shift.
Candidate should have experience in Banking Domain . Candidate should able to test and analyze as per the Company project.
1. Business Analyst - should be able to elicit detailed requirements, documentation, provide inputs to design and development team, act as a bridge between IT team and business, participate in testing and support UAT along with business users. Prior knowledge of CRM systems and customer 360 required to be effective in the role. At least 4 years' experience in BA role in banking domain.
