Job Summary:
As a Production Supervisor you will play a crucial role in overseeing our production operations ensuring that all food items are produced efficiently safely and to our quality standards. You will lead and guide our production teams manage production schedules and work closely with other departments to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Team Leadership : Lead production teams providing guidance training and support to ensure effective performance.
- Production Planning and Scheduling : Develop schedules to meet demand considering raw material availability equipment capacity and workforce capabilities.
- Quality Control : Enforce quality control measures ensuring food products meet standards and regulatory requirements.
- Safety Regulations Adherence : Implement and maintain safety protocols ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Operational Efficiency : Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Inventory Management : Manage inventory levels coordinating with procurement and logistics to ensure an efficient supply chain.
- Equipment Maintenance : Oversee maintenance and servicing of production equipment to prevent breakdowns.
- Training and Development : Conduct training for new and existing employees fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Communication and Collaboration : Ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments.
- Problem Resolution : Address production issues promptly ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Budget Management : Manage resources within budgetary constraints to support costeffective production.
- Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate production records and provide reports to management.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and quality.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Food Science Business Administration or related field (Preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of total work experience in food production or a related field.
- Proven experience in supervising and leading a team.
- Indepth knowledge of production planning quality control and inventory management.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and equipment maintenance protocols.
- Strong communication problemsolving and leadership skills.
Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor\'s degree in business or related field is a plus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisual equipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems. Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
