Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting the HR team on various HR initiatives, including HR management, HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. The Human Resources Intern will also assist in recruiting, new hire orientation, and payroll administration.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in Human Resources (HR) is required
• Knowledge of HR management and HR policies
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel

Salary: 1.2 LPA fixed
