PaaSoo is a leading global cloud communications company, with offices in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, India, etc. We are dedicated to providing reliable A2P messaging solutions to satisfy cross-border business needs, including one-time passwords, SMS marketing campaigns, notifications, order/shipment updates etc.
To accommodate our rapid expansion plan, we are currently seeking dynamic, team-work spirit candidate to fill the following position:
Carrier Relations and Trading Manager (Based in Goregaon, Mumbai)
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain sustainable international customer and supplier relations (mostly telecom operators and aggregators)
· Cultivate existing contacts with clients and suppliers and set up long lasting relationships with new ones
· Evaluate technical, legal, financial, operational aspects and ensure that technical tests are performed to assess quality of potential suppliers
· Monitor, drive and improve revenue margins by cost management
· Analyze customers' traffic to identify potential issues as well as opportunities
· Daily discussions with existing suppliers/partners for routing and pricing improvements
· Work closely with product, engineering, routing and carrier relations teams in Hong Kong, China and India, to improve our service quality for global customers
· Work closely alongside Finance team for invoicing, resolving billing disputes etc.
Requirements
· Excellent analytic skills
· Good written and spoken English
· At least 3-4 years of experience in related domain
· Existing/Strong network of customers, suppliers and contacts (mostly telecom operators and aggregators)
· Extensive knowledge about SMS routing and wholesale market price
· Comfortable working in a start-up environment with international colleagues
· Highly motivated self-starter with the skills and hands on
