GREAT TO HAVES (requirements):
• Good MS excel knowledge and prior experience in client handling/Support.
• Ability to handle stress well.
• Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
• Prior logistics experience will be an added advantage.
• Freshers are welcome
