Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team at Uproot Infratech. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, and managing relationships with existing customers. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Rural, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience in sales.
Qualifications and Skills

- Strong customer relationship management (CRM) abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through research, networking, and cold-calling
- Meet sales targets by actively promoting and selling our real estate properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing suitable property solutions
- Coordinate property visits and follow up with potential customers
- Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, addressing their queries and concerns
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Stay updated with market trends and competitors, suggesting strategies to enhance sales performance
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation
