Job description
Responsible for strategizing and implementing action steps to acquire new partners and nurture relationship with existing partners; Responsible for outbound marketing activities of mKonnekt across social media/networking platforms
Responsibilities
- Study company products and translate technical details into benefits for the user
- Follow and analyze market trends to position products; Develop product marketing strategies
- Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns) and handle mKonnekt official social media/networking pages across platforms
- Strategize new methods to acquire partners, evaluate and increase the performance of existing partners
- Generate prospective leads using different communication channels like Sales navigator, cold mailing etc.
- Communicate with prospective leads via mail or message with appropriate content and communication materials; Organize meetings with prospective leads and Reporting Manager
- Ensure that the required documents are collected from the partner and agreement is signed as required
- Onboard and train the partner on the product and services of mKonnekt; Ensure that the partner has sufficient resources and knowledge on mKonnekt's products and services
- Communicate with partners regularly and provide updates regarding mKonnekt's products and services via Newsletters, webinars etc.
- Coordinate with the Content Manager for preparation of marketing and training materials
- Evaluate the performance of partners and provide support to increase their performance
- Manager partner compensation packages and ensure that the partner is working to achieve the result areas as stated in the agreement
- Report the partner status (appointment times, calls, results etc) at regular intervals to the Reporting Manager
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Should have at least 2 years of experience in sales or partner management
- Should have experience in B2B sales
- Experience in Product Marketing/Client Marketing will be a bonus advantage
- Should have knowledge about Sales Navigator, Cold mailing etc.
- Education : BBA or MBA
- Should have knowledge Growth Hacking
- Work timings : US shift
