Job description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with selling and promoting luxury residential properties, generating leads, meeting with potential customers, negotiating and closing sales, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for creating and presenting sales proposals, coordinating property tours, and attending industry events.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills

Customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships

Experience in residential real estate sales

Understanding of sales principles and methods

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Salary: 4.5LPA - 6LPA
