We are seeking to hire a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks, to attract and engage potential candidates
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles
• Evaluate resumes, interviewed, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, and solicited feedback to refine recruiting strategy
• Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidate experience and qualifications
• Pre-screen resumes prior to sending them to corporate hiring managers for consideration.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talented candidates for current and future hiring needs

Requirements:

• Previous exp in the Staffing industry will be preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Excellent Communication skills in English is must.
• 1-3 Years of experience.
