Muthoot Finance Ltd is looking for OTP Operator to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
Generating OTPs : Operate systems and tools to generate unique OTPs for user authentication purposes. Ensure that OTPs are securely generated and transmitted to users via designated channels, such as SMS, email, or authenticator apps.
Authentication Management : Oversee the authentication process by validating OTPs submitted by users during login or transactional activities. Verify the accuracy and validity of OTPs to authenticate user identities and authorize access to systems or services.
Security Protocols : Implement and adhere to security protocols and best practices to safeguard OTP generation and transmission processes. Ensure that OTPs are encrypted, protected from unauthorized access, and comply with industry standards for data security and privacy.
Monitoring and Reporting : Monitor OTP usage and performance metrics to identify trends, anomalies, or security incidents. Generate reports and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of OTP authentication mechanisms and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance and Regulatory Requirements : Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies governing OTP authentication processes. Stay informed about changes in regulations and security guidelines related to OTPs and authentication practices.
Incident Response : Respond promptly to security incidents, breaches, or suspicious activities related to OTP authentication. Implement incident response procedures to mitigate risks, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
