Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for tasks including managing employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, managing employee benefits, and administering training programs.

Qualifications
  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Benefits Administration knowledge
  • Training administration skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
  • Professional Human Resources certification (PHR) preferred
