Role And Responsibilities - Programming and developing firmware using C or C
- Designing, building, and maintaining firmware for Rockwell Drives and other Rockwell products
- Working in a self-organized Scrum Team environment
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward
- Utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges
- Developing and maintaining automated tests
Candidate Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years of related experience in firmware development
- Experience with Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with SAFe is a plus
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients
- Strong understanding of networks, including Ethernet, TCP/IP, and Wireshark
Required Skills - C/C++ programming
- Firmware design and development
