Job Description :We are hiring for AWS Migration with CMMI Level 5 Organization Work from office mandatory (5days a week) Mode of Hire : Permanent Primary Responsibilities : AWS Cloud Expertise : Demonstrate advanced knowledge and experience working with AWS services and solutions. Migration Strategy and Execution : Lead and execute end-to-end AWS migration projects, including planning, assessment, and successful migration of applications and infrastructure. DevOps Integration : Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate migration processes seamlessly into continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Utilize Infrastructure as Code principles and tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) to automate infrastructure provisioning and ensure consistency. Scripting and Automation : Develop and maintain automation scripts using scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell to streamline migration processes. Performance Optimization : - Identify opportunities for performance optimization in the AWS environment and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency. Security Best Practices : - Implement and adhere to security best practices in AWS migration, ensuring a secure and compliant cloud environment. Monitoring and Troubleshooting : - Set up monitoring tools and implement proactive measures for issue identification and resolution during the migration process. Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Documentation : - Maintain detailed documentation of AWS migration strategies, processes, and outcomes. General Requirements : Leadership Abilities : - Exhibit leadership capabilities in guiding and mentoring team members throughout the AWS migration process.
