Sound knowledge Autosys scheduling tool.
Should have good communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Error handling & troubleshooting the job failures and coordinating with the relevant teams to fix the issues.
Monitoring the daily batches and taking necessary actions for all the job failures
Knowledge in how to restart the agent in TWS
Experience with working on ITSM tools
