Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist at Nutriorg, located in Jaipur. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for daily customer communication, managing customer orders from beginning to completion, collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, and analyzing customer feedback data to help improve products and services.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Project management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the wellness industry is a plus
