- Proven work experience as an Admissions Counsellor, Coaching Centres, Academic Advisor, Academic Coach, or in similar positions within the online/offline education industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated individuals
- Strong leadership qualities
- Effective multitasking capabilities
- Familiarity with various courses, programs, and educational resources

*RESPONSIBILITIES: *
- Engage with prospective students and their parents to understand their educational goals, challenges, and requirements
- Provide comprehensive information about our products and services, highlighting how they can meet the needs of potential learners
- Convey the value proposition of our offerings, emphasizing the benefits of our courses and their features
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up with leads and prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture relationships and convert them into customers
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' offerings, and market dynamics to offer insights and recommendations for sales strategies and product enhancements
