  • Proven work experience as an Admissions Counsellor, Coaching Centres, Academic Advisor, Academic Coach, or in similar positions within the online/offline education industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly motivated individuals
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Effective multitasking capabilities
  • Familiarity with various courses, programs, and educational resources
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented individuals
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team

*RESPONSIBILITIES: *

  • Engage with prospective students and their parents to understand their educational goals, challenges, and requirements
  • Provide comprehensive information about our products and services, highlighting how they can meet the needs of potential learners
  • Convey the value proposition of our offerings, emphasizing the benefits of our courses and their features
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with leads and prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture relationships and convert them into customers
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' offerings, and market dynamics to offer insights and recommendations for sales strategies and product enhancements
