Job description

1. Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.

2. Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.

3. Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.

4. Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.

5. Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.

6. Address partner related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner.

7. Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.

8. Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners.

9. Deliver presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences.

10. Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns, and other promotional activities.

Qualification and Requirements:

# Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in promoting IT Hardware Products or

Solutions Thin Clients

# Qualification: ANY, but A bachelors' or masters' degree in sales will be advantage

# Understanding of the IT Partner and industry.

# Should have good relationship with partners in the specific territory.

# Should have adequate presentation skills and technical skills to explain the features

and benefits of the product.

# Flexible to travel to partner locations.

# Solution-oriented outlook.

# Knowledge on thin clients would be additional benefits and virtualization (not mandatory)
