Role Description

This is a full-time Team Lead role located in Bhopal. . The Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team, setting team goals and objectives, tracking progress, and ensuring team members are meeting targets. The Team Lead will also oversee team performance and make recommendations on process improvements and automation.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in BPO.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Good knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel.
