Job description
Operations, Backoffice, Process driven projects 5 7 years of work experience in process driven projects Create, modify, and delete user accounts, roles, and permissions based on business needs and requests. Monitor and audit user access activities and logs to detect and prevent unauthorized access or misuse. Periodic control activity as per company norms such as: Leavers, Quarterly profile review etc. Provide support to end users based on the request. Troubleshoot and resolve user access issues and incidents. Collaborate with other IT security team members and departments to ensure alignment and integration of user access management processes and systems. Manage team and work with the internal management. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Good Communication skills and quick learner
