This person will be able to support onboarding, offboarding, data integrity, document creation and generally be a resource for all types of HR questions. If you love the variety in an HR career, this job is for you! HR Generalist, Human Resources Position Description We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in providing comprehensive HR support, including varied HR processes and people strategies, employee onboarding and offboarding, HR systems and performance management. They will also have experience working with a team that reports to leaders in the US and demonstrate strong cross-cultural communication skills.
Job Requirements - Partner with HR leaders and business managers to implement practices and policies which support the idea employee experience; help shape the organization's culture
- Support back-office HR activities that impact our colleagues including data reporting, document creation and distribution and updating records.
- Embraces ownership of the colleague experience at Azurity in all their responsibilities.
- Daily, manages colleague onboarding into the company and offboarding out with attention to detail
- Ensuring accurate data into the HR system and management of the process to inform all stakeholders
- Partnering with other HR departments, like Payroll and Talent Acquisition to help each team succeed.
- Creation of termination letters and other similar colleague correspondence, as necessary, working with the HR business partners.
- Regularly updating organizational charts, validating changes, and acting proactively to keep accurate and published.
- Delivering new hire orientation, in partnership with other stakeholders; ensuring that new colleagues have a terrific experience joining the team
- Deliver news, train and answer questions related to employee benefit, payroll and other HR topics.
- Assist during the implementation of standardized human resource processes
- Assist leaders and HR business partners during simple and complex employee relations issues including conducting interviews and consultations with managers.
Experience Required - Successful candidates typically have a bachelors degree in HR or related field
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR work experience in varied HR functions demonstrating professional growth and achievement.
- At least 2 years directly supporting and working with US based managers.
- Broad generalist knowledge in Employee Relations/Coaching, Performance Management, Compensation/Benefits Administration, Talent Management/Succession Planning, Training & Organizational Development, and Recruitment
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a reputation for forming strong business relationships and fostering teamwork
- Strong communication skills, including effective written correspondence and comfortable presenting to an all-English-speaking audience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with success managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
- Skilled conflict resolution facilitator particularly around sensitive issues
