Coordinate effort to increase CATU international presence
Identify course developers and instructors
Coordinate high-need courses to be taught in several languages
Produce CATU courses (join course offerings to help instructors and record courses, as requested)
Analyzes the needs of the organization to provide the appropriate education recommendations as well as the best delivery methods to impact educational gaps
Takes ownership of and manages moderately complex to complex projects
Manages contracting activities with external learning vendors
Creates and manages the course chargeback process

Supports learning administration in Workday Learning
Manages the CATU SharePoint transition to Online
Supports change management activities
May aid subject-matter experts (SMEs) in their design and development of courses
May act as the Scrum Master for our Agile team
An ideal candidate for this role shall have the following skills and qualifications:
Candidates for this role should possess a Bachelor s degree in Education, Management of Information Systems (MiS), technical, or related field
Experience with web design
Experience with adult learning principles
Project or program management experience
Customer-minded approach to solving problems and supporting solutions
Ability to work autonomously with high attention to detail and quality
Ability to manage change in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate effectively within the team and with our stakeholders
In-depth knowledge of tools: O365, SharePoint 2019/SharePoint Online
Experience working in an Agile environment is desired
