For more information, visit Education/ Experience and Skills Requirements: Experience of 3-8 years in financial modelling and quantitative research, preferably across industries CFA, MBA from a top tier business school in Strategy, Finance, Operations or Economics Strong finance fundamentals and knowledge of financial analysis skills Experience working across databases such as Capital IQ, Factset, Preqin etc. Excellent at using MS PowerPoint; command over MS Excel to process varied data sets in spreadsheets (Pivots, charting etc.) is highly desirable Exceptional client handling skills with ability to manage timely deliverables and client expectations Responsibilities: Financial modeling and valuation analysis : Creation and update of detailed financial models including DCF, M&A, LBO Models, trading & transaction comps, valuation analysis via different techniques. Experience in valuation on start-ups and high growth companies will be preferred. Supporting our clients to develop results-driven strategies which includes financial spreading and modeling, critical industry or market analyses, competitive benchmarking and opportunity assessments through in-depth research Assisting our clients with detailed financial spreading and models including market sizing, investment research, valuation (using DCF, trading comps, transactions comps), M&A and LBO models Benchmarking companies on various financial and operating parameters (KPIs) to understand industry growth and profitability Trading and Transaction comparable analysis ; financial statements/ analysis, experience in credit research, including debt analysis, covenant monitoring, cash flow conversion, capital structure, etc. Interacting with very senior professionals at private equity firms and corporations Conducting quality check of client deliverables Other activities include structuring deliverables/ teams & developing efficient processes Demonstrate strength and experience in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment Candidates with immediate or 15 Days notice would be preferred.Job tags
