About The Role This specific opening is for an exceptional candidate to help drive our Continuous Delivery Release Orchestration capability. We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master. You will leverage your analytical and technical skills, data-driven decision-making, communication and tactical execution skills to help guide our engineering teams in increasing their velocity of delivering new and enhanced values to our customers.
What You'll Do Facilitate and lead the Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
Coach and mentor the development team, product owner, and stakeholders on the Agile methodology, helping them understand and implement Agile practices and values.
Identify and remove any obstacles or impediments that may prevent the team from achieving their goals and help them improve their velocity and quality.
Ensure that the team is focused on delivering the highest value product by prioritizing the backlog and supporting the product owner.
Monitor and report the team's progress to stakeholders, including status updates, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives, encouraging experimentation, and implementing changes based on feedback.
Act as a servant-leader for the team, encouraging collaboration and communication, and helping the team to self-organize.
Role Requirements - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and ceremonies, and lead discussions towards decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Ability to identify and remove obstacles that impede team progress.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Agile certification, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM), is preferred.
Highly Desired Skills:
- Experience working in Product Management.
- Exposure to Cloud Technologies.
- Experience working on Risk and Compliance domain.
- Experience working with sprint teams across geographies.
