Barmeter Technologies LLC is an emerging, fast-paced steel detailing service provider for clients across the United States and Canada. We are proficient in providing high-quality detailed drawings for all types of steel structures, including Commercial, Industrial and Miscellaneous steel using SDS/2 software. Role Description - These are Full-Time on-site roles, SDS/2 Detailer, SDS/2 Modeler and SDS/2 Checker at our Bangalore location. As a Detailer & Modeler, you will be responsible for creating and refining 3D steel structure models to produce accurate and high-quality detailed drawings using SDS/2 detailing software. As a Checker, you will review and verify completeness and accuracy of drawings, model files and reports generated by an SDS/2 Modeler. Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years experience as an SDS/2 Detailer Minimum of 2+ years experience as an SDS/2 Modeler Minimum of 2+ years experience as an SDS/2 Checker Proficient in SDS/2 Steel software and AISC Standards. Expertise in detailing and design for all types of structures, including Commercial, Miscellaneous steel and Industrial experience Proficient in creating accurate 3D models for steel structures and generating drawings for fabrication and installation Strong understanding of steel fabrication and erection processes Demonstrated experience in interpreting and implementing standards and specifications and maintaining a thorough understanding of building codes and construction methods Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or relevant field or hold a diploma in Civil /Mechanical or equivalent experience in steel detailing industry Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet aggressive project schedules to ensure deliverables are met. .Job tags
