Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at MagniGeeks Technologies Private Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in software sales or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong understanding of software sales, SaaS, app development sales, and website design sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset
- Experience in international sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitable deals and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and strategies to support sales efforts
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team
