Designation- Senior Manager HR BP
Job Purpose:
1) Be the face (Front end) of Human resources at the business /plant level
2) Implement, manage and co-ordinate key HR initiatives at the business level
3) Ensure that employees have high satisfaction levels & resolve employee grievances
4) Responsible for end to end implementation of HR operations at the business Level.
5) Conduct effective employee engagement activities
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic:
1) Determination of HR budget for the plant; budgeting- Learning & Development & Employee Engagement Activities
2)To understand the pulse of the organisation at all levels and take objective feedback to the Head of Human Resources so that necessary HR interventions can be planned and implemented; Understand the pulse of the organisation
3) Research best practices in the industry and do proper benchmarking; Keep updated on the developments in the industry & possible effects on the company; design and implement initiatives around the same.
4) Anchor all L&D activities, adhere to PMS policies in the unit, manage employee engagement activities, and design interventions for talent management
People Related:
1) Handling grievances, issuing leaves, and ensuring safety compliance at the workplace. Motivating the team members, and encouraging them to participate in different employee engagement activities. Work prioritization and allocation based on business requirements. Developing, motivating, encouraging employees, and resolving people-related issues of the other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the department. Team performance review on a weekly and monthly basis
Execution / Implementation:
1)Ensure zero major NC in all Audits pertaining to HR. Proactively prepare data for audit readiness of HR Department.
2) Ensure all employee engagement activities, events, R&R events; Training happen on time; Recruitment happens on time
3) Ensure all communication is sent out on time pertaining to PMS; Identification of effective medium for the same; Planning Goal setting, Midterm, and Final appraisal process;
4) Preparation of relevant metrics i.e. MIS pertaining to L&D and PMS
5) Identification of training needs of the employees for development of monthly training calendar and & facilitating all training activities at the business level; This is to ensure skill gap is minimized. Talent management- Devising and implementing effective talent management systems, so that talent can be developed in-house, and ensure the growth of the employee
