Job description
The candidate should have 4 to 8 years of IT Recruitment experience. Working experience of at least 3-4 years in Consulting/Service based companies. Experience in End-to-End Recruitment Process. Experience working majority on Application Development skills Working closely with the Technical Team and Delivery Experience in mass hiring/bulk Hiring Should be well versed with LinkedIn recruit. Should be able to build a strong pipeline Familiar with Social media Hiring Experience in presenting market intelligence on skills. Experience in stakeholder management is an added advantage. Familiar with Social media Hiring Strong passion for recruitment Should be Proactive and demonstrate positive thought processes throughout the recruitment life cycle. Committed, Confident, and motivated Excellent communication and articulation skills. Attention to detail with exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
