Job Title: Retail Operations Manager - Luxury Goods (Mumbai)

Position Overview: As a Regional Manager specializing in Luxury Goods based in Mumbai, you will spearhead operations and sales strategies to drive growth and brand excellence within the luxury goods sector. Your role entails overseeing regional activities, fostering partnerships, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities: Regional Operations Management: Direct and manage all aspects of regional operations, including sales, distribution, and customer service, to achieve revenue targets and operational excellence. Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth across luxury goods categories, leveraging market insights and customer trends. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and brand ambassadors, to enhance brand visibility and market penetration. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to drive individual and team success. Brand Representation: Serve as the primary ambassador for the luxury goods brand in the region, embodying its values and standards while promoting brand awareness and loyalty. Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities and challenges, informing strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury goods sales and management roles, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards shared objectives. Excellent analytical abilities and strategic thinking, with a deep understanding of the luxury goods market and consumer behavior. Demonstrated proficiency in sales management tools and CRM systems.

Salary and Benefits: Competitive package of up to 40 LPA, inclusive of performance bonuses and health insurance benefits.
