Job Overview
ABHIMANYA DOORS is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Proficient in using computer and related software applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Pleasant personality with the ability to be polite and professional at all times.
- Experience in customer service or receptionist role is a plus.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Experience with front desk management software is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and visitors by greeting them in person or on phone.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access.
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
