Routing/ Connectivity Services (Deployment, support and decommissioning of VPN (virtual private networks), Azure ExpressRoute, AWS Direct Connect and GCP Partner Interconnect, SAP Public Cloud Interconnect (PCI) Security Services (Enabling/ Disabling and support of Web Application Firewall (WAF), Business System Services (BSS Business Support system) firewall) Load balancing Services (Deployment, support and decommissioning of internal Load Balancer, Inbound External Load Balancer / Application Gateway (AAG) [Internet facing] Participate in major incidents and customer troubleshooting bridge calls. Perform root cause analysis for P1-P2 incidents Provision site to site VPNs (virtual private networks) for AWS, Azure and GCP Support rolls out of SAP policies across Hyperscaler cloud accounts.Job tags
