Roles And Responsibilities - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the retail store
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries and complaints
- Maximize sales by implementing effective merchandising and promotional strategies
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability
- Motivate and supervise a team of store staff, ensuring they are well-trained and meet sales targets
- Monitor customer feedback and make necessary improvements to enhance the shopping experience
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the team
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Handle cash management and perform cash reconciliations
