Job description

Market Xcel is looking for an experienced and dynamic marketing professional with experience in

B2B marketing , who can deliver measurable success. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, an excellent communicator, can work well within a cooperative and friendly team as well as being able to work on their own initiative. The primary focus of the role is to work with the Marketing & Sales team to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation program, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

The successful candidate must firstly be able to show a proven track record of managing the marketing funnel including Brand Salience, MQLs, SQLs, Retention and Renewal to meet and exceed targets. Secondly, show they have the initiative to impact positive change to add value to our business.

This position will be based at Market Xcel’s office in New Delhi, working from office is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Positioning & Awareness Responsible for setting up brand guidelines, playbook, collaterals, etc. Work closely with leadership team to define brand positioning Oversee the planning, development and execution of digital marketing efforts via web properties, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, mobile and emerging online channels Setup offline branding initiatives including events and conference calendar

Lead Generation Develop lead generation campaign/program strategy, objectives, goals, metrics, and define best practices, standards and processes to drive successful customer acquisition and current customer upsell opportunities Execute an integrated mix of email, direct mail, digital, lead-nurturing and content marketing campaigns for lead generation, including emails, landing pages, calls-to-action and content. Test the performance of landing pages, special promotions, and content and product placement Deploy, manage, and optimize a paid media budget across LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and potentially other spending channels suitable for B2B marketing Own end-to-end email marketing and optimize campaigns to support funnel conversions Manage the performance marketing facets of integrated, strategic marketing communications campaigns to help unlock ROI and amplify each campaign's objectives

Lead Management Lead Nurture: Manage lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospect movement through the demand generation sales funnel. Marketing Automation: Ensure optimization of marketing automation best practices to attract and guide qualified leads through the sales process. Extensive marketing automation platform experience required. Campaign Calendar and Matrix: Maintain calendar of all demand generation campaigns/programs, tactics, budgets, and metrics to optimize awareness and lead generation efforts. Targeting/Segmentation: Segment target audiences based on propensity-to-buy segment strategies, creating buyer personas and experienced in creating targeted messaging strategies based on buyer persona and social and past content interaction behaviour Lead Generation Workflows: Define lead flow processes and optimize system architecture and program workflows in CRM to support Sales/Marketing processes. Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on demand generation performance metrics, using this data to continually optimize campaign performance. Analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email/landing page optimization. Manage day-to-day activities and lead planning meetings with internal/external teams to define and execute on demand generation strategy required to drive identified KPIs and business growth initiatives.

REQUIRED EXPEREINCE 10-12 years’

proven experience in prospecting and lead generation in B2B Vertical Proficient in managing the marketing and sales pipeline using CRM systems and marketing automation tools. Experience of working collaboratively in a combined sales & marketing team. Can evidence a track record of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceeding personal targets.

REQUIRED SKILLS Has highly developed all round interpersonal skills. Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills. Customer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude. Conscientious, hard-working, and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets. Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, google programs and social networking tools. Experience of CRM would be preferred. Good organizational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritize as necessary. Must be highly proficient in all aspects of English language, especially speaking, listening and writing skills.
