Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Chief Engineer. The Assistant Chief Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the engineering team, ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of all systems and equipment, managing and coordinating capital projects, and ensuring that all work meets safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge and experience in engineering and maintenance management
• Experience in managing and coordinating capital projects
• Working knowledge of building and safety codes and regulations
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in the hospitality or luxury residential industry is a plus.
