Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sourcing Engineer to join at our client place based at Gurgaon (Haryana). As a Sourcing Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers for our commercial kitchen equipment needs. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon with a competitive salary range.
Roles And Responsibilities - Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for commercial kitchen equipment, ensuring quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and delivery terms
- Manage supplier relationships, including conducting performance reviews and addressing any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand equipment requirements and specifications
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement of equipment
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
- Manage the documentation and records related to sourcing activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, as well as regulatory requirements
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in sourcing and procurement of commercial kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of supplier evaluation and selection processes
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
