Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized female candidate to join our team as an Office Administrator/Telecaller. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks and telecalling responsibilities, making it a dynamic and engaging position within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Office Administration:
    • Manage and organize office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and calls.
    • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure a tidy and organized workspace.
    • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
  2. Telecalling:
    • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and customers.
    • Provide information about products or services, answer queries, and address concerns.
    • Follow up with existing clients to maintain relationships and gather feedback.
    • Update customer databases with relevant information.
  3. Customer Support:
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
    • Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem resolution.
  4. Data Entry:
    • Accurately input and maintain data in the company's databases.
    • Prepare reports and documents as required.
  5. Coordination:
    • Collaborate with different departments to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
    • Assist in organizing events, meetings, and company activities.
