Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized female candidate to join our team as an Office Administrator/Telecaller. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks and telecalling responsibilities, making it a dynamic and engaging position within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Office Administration:
- Manage and organize office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and calls.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure a tidy and organized workspace.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Telecalling:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and customers.
- Provide information about products or services, answer queries, and address concerns.
- Follow up with existing clients to maintain relationships and gather feedback.
- Update customer databases with relevant information.
- Customer Support:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Data Entry:
- Accurately input and maintain data in the company's databases.
- Prepare reports and documents as required.
- Coordination:
- Collaborate with different departments to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
- Assist in organizing events, meetings, and company activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in office administration and telecalling is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
