The Position
Primary Responsibilities - Coach and train teams on scrum and other agile methodologies' adoption. Building the teams and empowering them to become self-organized and self-managed.
- Planning and coaching on working by outcomes and championing resource fluidity in the affiliate
- Organize and facilitate productive and effective meetings, agile ceremonies & workshops and support teams methodically to increase their autonomy
- Drive the mindset shift in embracing the new ways of working and design solutions to increase effectiveness & collaboration between teams in the affiliate and with the network/area
- Develop & implement operational policies and a strategic plans for outcome realization
- Design organization roadmap & milestones and track progress on transformation journey, deliver on affiliate transformation projects
- Create strategies & frameworks to increase the collaboration across organization
- Help the teams and the company to increase collaboration, predictability and transparency
- Be proactive in maintaining the healthy atmosphere and well-being within the teams
- Promote a culture that embraces change and values experimentation and innovation
- Live a learning and open feedback culture
- Deep understanding of and experience with how work gets done in different parts of the organization to gather information, advance communications, and execute on priorities.
- Being a member of the transformation squad, partners with the team to establish an environment for high performance and accountability, provide feedback, coaching and encourage sharing of best practices to foster high performance and engagement.
- Serve as a key influencer while remaining unaffiliated and functionally agnostic
- Be the Role Model for Agile Mindset & Behavior
- Individually contribute to communities (within the affiliate, or at global level) through active participation with tangible results, over and above other responsibilities
- Leverage opportunities to cross-pollinate learnings (across clusters and functions)
Eligibility Criteria (Qualification, Experience & Competencies)- University educated in business or engineering, or sciences; MBA would be a plus
- Experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare/biotechnology industry is preferred with exposure to strategy deployment, project management, business/cultural transformation ny based in India
- Strong financial business acumen, customer focus with a keen interest to deliver patient value
- Ability to lead teams in an agile way and creating a working culture that is transparent and values driven and ensures personal growth of employees
- Engagement skills – deep listening, inspiring & influencing.
- Effectively navigates the team, understanding and accounting for varied priorities and perspectives of different internal stakeholders.
- Applies a blended EQ/IQ approach, integrating both business & organizational aspects to drive change.
- The ability to recognize and aid the resolution of team conflicts and impediments
- Agile mindset – openness, continuous learning & purposeful sense of urgency
- Effectively manages relationships with all business partners, establishes trust and credibility quickly, particularly with Team.
- Strengthens and extends existing relationships to maintain a holistic view of the organization.
