Job description

Roles & Responsibilities Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address competency (skill) gaps among students from various disciplines. Ø Project management skills to efficiently plan, execute, and monitor competence development initiatives for diverse student groups. Ø Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track progress and measure the impact of competence development efforts on student performance. Ø Adaptability and a commitment to staying updated with Industry best practices and emerging trends in competence development for students. Ø Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, addressing the unique requirements of each school. Ø Ability to customize communication to effectively engage students at different academic levels and from different schools. Ø Expertise in curriculum design and students skill development, ensuring that content is aligned with industry standards and best practices. Ø Ability to conduct thorough needs assessments and create personalized learning plans for individuals or groups with varying levels of competency. Ø Experience in evaluating the impact and effectiveness of competence development programs through data analysis and reporting. Ø Knowledge of accreditation and certification processes related to competence development in the respective field or industry. Ø Understanding of emerging technologies and their applications in competence development within the relevant field or industry. Required - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ø Knowledge of Competence Development standards and processes. Ø Good interpersonal skills to promote effective collaboration. Ø Proficient in oral and written communication skills, assessment tools including the ability to explain assessment processes and outcomes. Ø Good Knowledge in MS Excel, Technical & Functional knowledge about core department emerging trends. Ø Familiarity with a variety of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms to facilitate effective delivery of competence development programs. Ø Proficiency in multimedia tools and technologies to create engaging and interactive learning materials. Eligibility Ø Minimum of 5 years of corporate experience, with a track record of success in relevant roles. Ø Possesses 2 to 3 yrs of experience in an academic setting, demonstrating a well-rounded background. Ø Previous experience in handling similar job roles, showcasing a proven ability to excel in this capacity.
