Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Sales Manager. The Store Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, overseeing inventory management, supervising sales staff, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, and implementing sales strategies to achieve store targets. Qualifications Experience in retail sales management, specifically for electronics and appliances (Reliance, Chroma, Vijaya Sales Etc. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and increasing revenue by Generating More Products sales. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in supervising and motivating staff Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in inventory management and sales analysis Customer service orientation with the ability to build relation with customer and maintain customer relationships Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other sales software/General Computer Knowledge.
