Key Responsibilities
As part of the team you will be responsible for all day-to-day accounting tasks in a timely and accurate manner -
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand identity and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and SEO, to create compelling and engaging content for multiple platforms, including websites, social media, email, and more.
- Conduct thorough research to identify industry trends, audience preferences, and competitive insights to inform content strategy.
- Create and manage editorial calendars to ensure consistent content production and publication schedules.
- Craft creative briefs and guidelines to guide content creators, including writers, designers, and videographers.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using data analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in content marketing and digital media.
- Maintain a clear and consistent brand voice and messaging across all content assets.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate new and innovative content ideas.
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and freelancers when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Advanced degrees and certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Content Manager, or similar role in content marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive content decisions.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Portfolio of successful content campaigns and projects.
