Administration - Specialist
Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire an Administration Specialist for a Leading Product Based Company in Bangalore
Experience- 8-10years
Location- Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project construction activities.
- Manage site security operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety norms within the project.
- Handle visitor management.
- Coordinate transportation operations.
- Manage canteen operations as part of project implementation.
- Ensure the availability of drinking water and manage other facilities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, subcontractors, and various construction services teams.
- Supervise housekeeping operations.
- Manage travel logistics.
- Provide administrative support to the Blue Bird Project team.
- Implement security systems.
- Oversee the implementation of an attendance module.
- Manage the implementation of the Creche facility project.
- Ensure the efficient management of the medical room and ambulance facility.
- Establish a recreation facility.
- Manage the project budget.
- Maintain effective communication and relationships with suppliers, contractors, local public, and other stakeholders.
- Provide timely updates on project risks to the management.
- Handle any other administrative tasks not mentioned above.
Job Requirements
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
- Possess 10 years of experience in a General Admin role.
- Experience in managing greenfield projects is an added advantage.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in regional languages, specifically Kannada and Hindi.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Quick problem-solving abilities.
- Strong persuasive and convincing skills.
