Job Description :-

As a business development associate, you will play a crucial role as part of our dynamic sales force. Your main responsibilities will revolve around connecting with potential customers, nurturing leads, and ultimately converting prospects into satisfied clients. Heres an overview of your key objectives:

• Reaching out to Potential Customers: You will proactively engage with potential customers via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to create awareness about our services and explain how they can benefit from them.

• Generating Leads: Through effective communication and active listening skills, you will identify and qualify leads, ensuring that you understand their needs and challenges.

• Converting Prospects into Loyal Clients: Utilizing persuasive selling techniques, you will highlight the unique features and benefits of our offerings, addressing any concerns or objections raised by prospects.

• Customer Satisfaction: Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills

• Strong team management and leadership skills

• Experience in managing a sales team and driving sales growth

• Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Familiarity with the Cloud Computing, Cloud Servers, Virtual Private Servers Hosting & Managed Services Market

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• 0 - 3 years of experience in sales and/or business development

• An understanding of web hosting services and IT infrastructure would be beneficial
