Customer Service Team Leader to join our team in Mumbai, India.

What You Will Do - Lead and manage the Customer Service team development & performance with prompt feedback
- Support and coach the team members on a daily basis
- Develop a team culture which assumes active role in delivery of customer objectives in conjunction with Sales
- Seek opportunities for continuous improvement
- Relay the company and sales strategy and objectives
- Manage customer relationships
- Support the team and customers with UPM Raflatac 's tools and strategies in e-business
- Support and coordinate the proactive activities of the team
- Other additional tasks as requested by the supervisor
Who You Are - You have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in relevant education and minimum of 5 years of working experience in customer service or similar tasks
- You have experience in leadership and process development
- You are fluent in English
- You have good interpersonal and communications skills
- You have good organizational skills and can prioritize your workload
- You work well as a part of the team as well as independently
- You are able to motivate, delegate, empower and build a good team spirit
- You are proactive and take initiative
- You are flexible, easily adapt to different situations and work efficiently under pressure
