Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhubaneswar/Cuttack for a CNC Maintenance Head. The CNC Maintenance Head will be responsible for ensuring that the machines are running efficiently and will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment. They will also be responsible for training and supervising maintenance staff, keeping accurate records, and ensuring that all equipment is in compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience in CNC maintenance, including experience in a leadership/supervisory role
Knowledge of CNC machines, tools, and equipment
Skilled in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC equipment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
